ACTING CLASSES
Our approach is evolving, flexible, and meets each student exactly where they are, no matter the background or experience, in order to mold creative, confident, vibrant and versatile actors. Acting classes run in 3, 6 and 9 week rotations, and focus on:
— Revealing the intricate craft of breaking down a cold scene
— The fundamentals on how to create three-dimensional roles
— Tricks-of-the-trade that sand down weaknesses and magnify strengths
Our studio doesn’t label actors novice, intermediate and advanced, because it doesn’t work that way in the professional world. Honesty is the barometer by which our work is judged — not experience or an extensive IMDB page. Anyone can become a great actor when they work hard with the proper tools. ENROLL
SELF-TAPES
With Nikon Cameras, Interfit lighting, Rode Mics, green screens, and tons of natural light, our self-tapes have the professional touch casting directors expect.
Before “action” is called, we help actors craft each moment of their work in order to make auditions and callbacks shine.
Taping sessions are 1 to 2 hours long. Transferring recordings from our equipment to yours is as easy as clicking AirDrop or WeTransfer. ENROLL
ACTOR’S DEMO REEL CREATION
Recent reels filmed in 2022-2023
Film a short, professional scene for your reel with our unique blend of technical know-how and spot-on directing.
With wireless microphones, tons of natural light, and a professional environment located in the heart of Brooklyn, your three-hour shoot will include multiple camera set-ups: hand-held and over-the shoulder.
After a two week turnaround, we’ll email your high-quality, artfully-edited scene via Wetransfer. Once you see the quality of the collaboration, you’ll find yourself eager to post the reel to your acting website and social media, so you can invite agents, casting directors and directors to have a look.
Script materials are taken from feature film, television and theater. Original material can be provided by our staff of published playwrights and optioned screenwriters.
Bring in an acting partner and split the cost. Or choose to have the reel designed to solely marquee your acting. We’ll provide a solid acting partner and we’ll cater the scene to favor your work in both filming and editing.

SHAKESPEARE
Knowing Shakespeare (even a little), puts you miles above the competition. Every modern love story is a twist on Romeo and Juliet, and every space epic from Dune to Star Wars, is derived from Hamlet. Knowing where films glean material from is essential to landing professional acting work.
If you plan on being an actor, it will be an awkward moment when the big director at your make-or-break callback unexpectedly asks you to recite the monologue, “To be or not to be” — and you don’t know it. ENROLL
WRITING
A triple-threat was once considered someone who sings, dances and acts. In the modern age, it is the actor who writes, directs and produces. The actor who has accrued independent directing credits, has worked out the beginning scribbles of a feature film screenplay, and maybe has their own YouTube Channel with weekly content, is far more likely to have a career than an actor waving their headshot and resume in the wind.
Work alongside a professional author and multi-published playwright and be shown the step-by-step process of building a project that can become a vehicle for your acting career. ENROLL
